Opportunity for an Application Support Developer to gain CLOUD TECHNOLOGY experience and be fundamental in customizing cloud-based contact center technology for a range of well know clients.
This Application Support Developer position is Cape Town based and is paying R540k/annum
This company is revolutionising the contact center industry by providing an end to end solution which centralizes all content centre activity using world class technology to improve customer services for their clients. The company provides a customized multi-channel software platform which integrates all major CRM systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk and Oracle to name a few.
As Application Support Developer you will be responsible for building, testing, delivering and troubleshooting integrations between customer applications and the cloud based contact center product. You will need to design solutions for customizations, provide technical support, manage integration builds and deliver customer reports using SQL. You will be fundamental in coming up with innovative ideas for system improvements and providing first class support on all the systems.
• Relevant Tertiary Education – BSc, Comp Sci, Information Systems
• MS SQL experience
• System Integration experience
• 3rd line technical support experience
