Excellent opportunity for a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER to take the lead and BECOME the HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE for a NEW INVESTMENT Business.
YOU will be responsible for creating the full end-to-end CUSTOMER EXPEIRENCE STRATEGY, transforming the CURRENT LISP business, driving through customer-centric ideology’s, leading the optimisation of the customer experience and introducing tools & measurements to ensure excellent customer experience levels are always met. Once you have “FIXED “the current, you will then set your sights on creating the entire CUSTOMER EXPEIRENCE STRATEGY for the NEW LISP Business.
Based in Johannesburg this HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE role is paying R1.1Mil P/Annum
• Strong background in Customer Experience and delivering Customer Improvements within the Investments, Wealth Management & Asset Management sector.
• Willingness to challenge service delivery from a customer perspective
• Good data analytics experience – ability to put measures in place in order to measure different data sets.
• Good Investment product technical knowledge.
• Solid experience working in an environment that is known for great customer experience.
