This is a very good opportunity for a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER to RECREATE & UPGRADE this MULTI-SPECIALIST’S existing CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY, gearing up the Organisation for the opening of a NEW RETAIL INVESTMENT (LISP ) Business.
You will be working on a HUGE project were you will be TRANSFORMING their current RETAIL INVESTMENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY , driving through customer-centric ideology’s and motivating operational & business teams to want to captivate and charm their customers. You will also be responsible for creating the NEW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE strategy & journey that will be implemented into the NEW LISP Business.
Based in Johannesburg this Customer Experience Manager role is paying R1.1Mil P/Annum

• Strong background in Customer Experience and delivering Customer Improvements within the Investments, Wealth Management & Asset Management sector.
• Experience in customer journey mapping and customer satisfaction measurements.
• Experience in putting together Customer Value Propositions.
• Good data analytics experience – ability to put measures in place in order to measure different data sets.
• Good Investment product technical knowledge.
• Solid experience working in an environment that is known for great customer experience.
