This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to gain exposure to a digital platform as well as improve their client facing skills. This role is based in Cape Town CBD and is paying between R50K-R60K per month.
As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will be given a selection of customers to manage and be expected to manage and coach these customers throughout their entire lifecycle to enhance their lifetime value. Therefore, once the onboarding process (handover of a sale to services) of a client commences, you will be expected to step in and manage the client. These clients range from small to medium business as well as enterprise (large) clients.
The core focus of this role is to help drive business growth of clients through the company’s digital platform. This includes providing strategic and tactical recommendations on clients’ adoption, usage and growth.
With strong financial backing this company has created a B2B platform that enables customers, distributors and suppliers to engage more effectively with one another while driving their product through the IT channel. This channel has a growing number of global vendors who provide access to some of the worlds most trusted and used product and services. With a presence that continues to grow in South Africa this company’s aim is to expand further into a European market as well.
- Qualification/Business degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in Customer relationship Management
- Would be advantageous to understand platforms and digital business models.
