Based in CAPE TOWN this Data SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT role is a Senior position with a salary to reflect that.
This SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT role is consultative, client-facing and technically hands-on – you will effectively act as the bridge between enablement teams, data specialist, project teams and software development teams. Therefore your commercial, managerial and technical guidance will be essential in this role.

As SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT you will lead Client relationships and Technical teams, designing the Data Architecture Solutions to support integration of Marketing Technology and Backend Systems.
This will be achieved by providing thought leadership, consultative and technical guidance.
To succeed in this role you will have solid business consulting skills and able to define solutions for online marketing initiatives.
Your background will be in Data Solutions – Data Warehousing, Data Integration, BI, technical applications including Application Development, Web Development, Mobile and Databases.
Solutions Architecture experience, with a background in Data Solutions – Data Warehousing, Data Integration, BI, technical applications including Application Development, Web Development, Mobile and Databases.
Marketing technology solutions experience (including marketing production, content management, planning, implementation, various channel use - e.g. email, web, mobile etc., CRM, Audience Management and Analytics) in preferably some of the popular technology stacks including Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, IBM, etc.
Digital Marketing background across email, direct mail, display, social etc.
Experience with SQL and relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL).
API Programming experience.
Agile development environments.
