Rare opportunity for a TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST to become DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER and drive the DIGITAL journey for a New Investment Business. You will take ownership of all digital experiences across multiple platforms & will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER position is Johannesburg based and is paying R850k/annum
As Digital Product Owner you will be responsible for driving the digital journey within the business – managing all transactional websites and digital front end tools in order to create an engaging, simple user experience for all clients, investors and financial advisors. Develop all new ideas to enhance the digital experience for advisors and clients across all platforms (mobile & web), ensuring that the customer journey is of the highest standard. You will be responsible for ensuring that the user experience meets group policy, content is clear and compliant, while ensuring that system security is maintained.
This New INVESTMENT PLATFORM/LISP Business has recently launched and aims to bring a fresh approach to the SOUTH AFRICAN INVESTMENT ARENA. This new INVESTMENT PLATFORM business is backed by one of the most successful Investment Management Organizations currently and will be servicing one of the top Asset & Wealth Management Groups Locally & Internationally.
• Relevant Tertiary Degree – BSc, BCom
• 4+ years Technical Business Analysis or Product Owner experience
• Experience Managing Digital experiences
• Understanding of how a Financial Advisor’s business works
• Understanding of life & investment products
• Understanding of UI & UX
• Investment, Asset Management experience will be ideal – alternatively you will need to have experience delivering exceptional digital customer service in a complex e-commerce business
