This is an excellent opportunity for an EDUCATION ASSOCIATE / TECHNICAL TRAINING ASSOCIATE to join a leading GLOBAL DATA SCIENCE COMPANY, one of the most successful Technology, Analytics and Data Insight companies, servicing the world’s Retail and FMCG sectors.

Based in CENTURION this EDUCATION ASSOCIATE/TECHNICAL TRAINER role offers a salary of around R400K/annum.

As the CUSTOMER EDUCATION ASSOCIATE / TECHNICAL TRAINER you will deliver a comprehensive and flexible suite of learning sessions to enable utilization of tools to make better customer focused business decisions internally and when working with retail partners.

Understanding training needs and planning courses; Administration of market material development; Ensure that materials follow quality assurance process and are piloted before handover; Work with a Global Customer Education team; Ensure e-learning is accessible via an online site (LMS) and localised to the SA market; Help with preparation for delivery of internal workshops; Deliver in-person and virtual (webinar) learning sessions; Maintain list of users who have had training and will require training to ensure adequate participation in the learning sessions offered.

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent in business or communications or other relevant degree.
A relevant background in technical training (ideally in Retail/FMCG, but other sectors will be considered).
Technical Training skills.
Training Delivery experience.
Video, Photo and Audio Editing Skills.
e-Learning Development Tools.
Course Development Tools.
Authoring Tools.
Course Design Tools (Captivate or Storyline or similar).
Learning Content Management.
