As a Customer Engagement Analyst, you will work within a team who are responsible for the development, execution and analysis of Customer engagement campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
Typical day-to-day duties will include: Meeting with the Marketing team to agree to campaigns; Design and sign-off of the campaigns; Execution and monitoring success of the campaigns.
A numeric degree - could be BBusSci/BSc/ BCom Investments, or any other similar degree with a high Statistics component.
Some experience as a DATA ANALYS in retail, telecommunications or financial services industry would be advantageous.
Some experience in using a Campaign Management product such as UNICA or IBM Campaign or similar is an advantage, but not essential.
Experience with SAS or other analytical software is essential
Familiar with various sources of data.
Excellent analytical and numeric skills.
