This is an excellent opportunity for a JUNIOR DATA ANALYST (with SAS technical skills) to gain experience in CUSTOMER EGAGEMENT ANALYSIS and MARKETING CAMPAIGNS Analysis with the country’s leading RETAIL business.
Based in CAPE TOWN, this is a Junior level role appropriate to candidates with around 2 years of DATA ANLYSIS experience, a Numeric degree with Statistics, SAS (or other analytical software) skills, and a keen interest in Marketing Analytics.

As a Junior CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT DATA ANALYST, you will work closely with the MARKETING TEAM developing, executing and analysing Customer Engagement and Direct Marketing Campaigns. This will involve integrating numerous data streams and using your SAS technical skills to deliver accurate insight. Extensive further technical, functional and client-facing training will be provided.
Numerate type degree, with a high level statistics component.
Experience as a data analyst in Retail, Telecommunications or Financial Services would be advantageous.
Experience with SAS is required.
Any experience with Campaign Management products such as UNICA or IBM Campaign will also be an advantage.
