Exciting opportunity for an OPERATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER to further your INVESTMENT EXPERIENCE and take the lead executing all change processes within the operations area of this newly established Investment business. You will provide insight to the IT and Change teams, develop operational requirements and embed change within the operational area. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to advisors and investors.

This Operational Change Manager position is Johannesburg based and is paying R650k/annum
This New Investment platform business was recently set up by one of SA’s leading Wealth Managers and is making serious headway within the Investment arena in SA. As this is a new business you will get the freedom to work in a “start-up” environment, you will not be tied down by tedious processes and red tape and will still have the security which a large wealth manager offers.
This platform aims to introduce offshore and onshore investment solutions which will transform the Advisory & Investment markets in South Africa.
As the Operational Change Manager you will be responsible for managing all change processes and providing insight into the IT and Change teams in order to assist with a smooth merger between this new business and current Wealth manager.  You will be responsible for implementing change strategies, developing operational processes when change is delivered, assist with training material and you will be the key link between your operational areas and the IT and Change teams. 
• Relevant Commerce Degree – Finance, Economics, Statistics, Investment Management
• 3 years’ experience in a Financial Advisory, Financial Service Customer Service or Investment Platform Business.
• 3+ years Change Management Experience
• Experience solving complex problems within the operations area
