Excellent opportunity for a Proposition Analyst to create and implement the CLIENT VALUE PROPOSITION STRATEGY for this NEW LISP Investment Business that has been established by a Multination Asset Manager. 
 
They have introduced their Offshore & Onshore Investment Propositions that are currently transforming the Adviser & Investment market, with customer centricity & digital enablement at the core of this business, you have the chance to join this business in its infancy and be part of its development into the market place. 
 
Based in Johannesburg   -  this PROPOSITION ANALYST role is paying around R800k p/a
 
The Role:
Working on multiple key strategic projects, YOU will be responsible for scoping all Proposition requirements, designing new client value solutions as well as testing these solutions after implementation.
Some of the core responsibilities will see you working on new Investment Product Development & current Product Enhancements, Competitor and Trend Analysis as well as the putting together all Commercial Impact Analysis, in essence playing an active  role in developing Customer Strategy’s & Customer Value Proposition’s for this NEW Platform Business.
 
This is a Highly-Agile, “START-UP” type environment and this very UNIQUE ROLE can only be  described as a combination of tech, strategy, analysis and customer service.
 It is an absolute rarity in the job market to be part of something entirely new, having the opportunity to create something from scratch whilst being supported by the LARGEST FINANCIAL SERVICES Group in Africa.
 
Experience required:
B. Sc / B. Com degree, Post-Grad studies would be a plus.
Customer Value Proposition, Customer/Client Journey mappings, CX experience. 
Strong Analytics/Data Analysis experience 
Experience in putting together Customer Strategy’s.
Solid Stakeholder Management  & Engagement skills.
Problem-Solver by nature.
Solid Investment Product knowledge.
