Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT to join a Brand New Investment business and take responsibility of developing the Change Management strategies and frameworks. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction on change activities in order to achieve maximum employee adoption which will be VITAL in the successful implementation of this new LISP platform in the SOUTH AFRICAN INVESTMENT industry!

You will play a vital role in establishing this LISP platform & delivering a system which is based on contemporary architecture and delivers a competitive proposition.

This position is Cape Town (Claremont) based paying up to R900k/annum CTC (Contracting is a possibility).

THE ROLE:
As CHANGE MANAGER, you will be responsible for DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING & DRIVING change strategies for the people side of change, including change to business processes, systems and technology.  The role will be focused on providing STRATEGIC DIRECTION & OPERATIONAL IMPLEMENTATIONS on change management activities to support the transformation of the operating model, organization structure, processes, technology & culture. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Relevant Tertiary Education – BCom, BSc
• 5+ years Change Management Experience – frameworks, practices & strategies
• Investment/Financial Service experience is NB 
• Business awareness of the impact of IT solutions and technology on people.
• Understanding of People Change Management methodologies and tools.
• PROSCI Certified – Highly Advantageous
