Very good opportunity for a SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER to join a NEW LISP Investment Business that has recently been opened by a Leading, Multinational Asset Manager.  Stepping into a LEAD role, YOU will be responsible for the ENTIRE Environment - managing all Vendors, implementing Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery strategies whilst creating a HIGH-PERFORMING, CUSTOMER CENTRIC Culture. 
 
This is a highly complex environment where delivery is KEY, so a SYSTEMS-THINKING attitude and CREATIVE & ORIGINAL approach is required. 
 
Based in Johannesburg, this Service Delivery Manager role is paying R750k p/annum
 
The Company:
This Asset Manager has recently established a new LISP Investment Platform Business, introducing Offshore & Onshore Investment Solutions that are set to transform the Adviser & Investment market. You will be given complete autonomy to build & develop yourself into this role, whilst being supported by exceptional leaders in the industry as well as the financial backing of the largest Financial Services Group in Africa

The Role:
As the Service Delivery Manager , you will be responsible for managing all Vendors( both Internal as well as External), monitoring the supply of IT Services (ensuring that they are reaching the agreed levels levels)whilst also ensuring that Infrastructure Access and System Control is being managed effectively.
Business will look at you to provide insights regarding any Cost-Saving initiatives, Hardware upgrades as well as Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery strategy implementation. 
 
Experience & Skills Needed: 
Relevant Degree/ Diploma.
ITIL & COBIT Qualifications would be preference.
Experience working in a Service Delivery/ Customer Service role within a Financial Services Business - Investment/ Asset Management Business would be preferred
Experience in managing Infrastructure and Hardware 
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery experience. 
Experience in managing multiple Vendor’s.
Incident management & resolution experience.
