Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a SERVICE IMPROVEMENT MANAGER to TRANSFORM the SERVICE DELIVERY of this NEW Investment Platform Business by implementing ALL SERVICE IMPROVEMENT initiatives and strategies.
YOU will be actively involved in developing a CUSTOMER-CENTRIC culture within this business, taking COMPLETE ownership of all Operational Changes from the beginning to the end.
 
This Service Improvement Manager is based in Johannesburg and is paying around R850K P/A(NEG)
 
The Role:
YOU will be responsible for identifying, designing and delivering all Service Improvement Projects across the IT, Operations as well as the Change Departments. Taking complete ownership of the Operational Change initiatives, YOU will need to automate processes across the Business to mitigate Systems Failures and improve Service Process.
 
 YOU will need to master the Platform Operations and Process to drive through the highest level of Operational Service Delivery.

Experience & Skills needed:
Commerce degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management would be preferred.
Experience working in an Investment /Wealth/Asset Management Company as a Customer Service / Service Delivery/ Service Improvement Manager. 
Excellent Fund Administration knowledge.
Experience working in an environment that is known for providing excellent Client Service.
Experience in solving complex problems for internal and external clients. 
Good understanding of Change Management.
Clear understanding of how an Advisers business works.
