This SOFTWARE ENGINEER role is paying around the R45k p/m (would be negotiable for the right person). They also offer daily breakfasts & snacks, regular social functions, quarterly staff awards and more.

As the SOFTWARE ENGINEER, you will be required to build & maintain all components of the internal large -scale systems that run the business. You will be required to participate in all design and code reviews as well, assisting and identifying the performance bottlenecks as well as debugging the issues in real-time.
You will be joining a team that is in the process of a TOTAL TECHNOLOGY upheaval – moving from .NET to a MIXED STACK. They are also in the process of making use of various CLOUD-BASED technologies including GOOGLE CLOUD.
• Development experience with either PHP,Python, JAVA, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL! Whichever you prefer.
• Experience with modern microservice or web application development techniques and frameworks.
• Some scripting experience – Bash, Perl, PowerShell
• Good Database skills – SQL, NoSQL(would be an advantage) or Google BigQuery
• Front-End Development skills would be a plus.
• Google Cloud knowledge would be a massive advantage.
