This is a first-rate opportunity for a SUPPORT MANAGER to BUILD THEIR OWN TEAM in an IT distribution platform company. This position is in CAPE TOWN CBD and offers flexible working hours paying up to R40K PER MONTH.
This role will require you to build and manage your own team of front-line staff; however, given that this is a new area in the business you will need to do support while building your team. You will be responsible for dealing with enquiries and issues customers have regarding the functioning of the company’s platform. Furthermore, you will need to capture, process and manage the resolution of the problems that arise.
With strong financial backing this company has created a B2B platform that enables customers, distributors and suppliers to engage more effectively with one another while driving their product through the IT channel. This channel has a growing number of global vendors who provide access to some of the worlds most trusted and used product and services. With a presence that continues to grow in South Africa this company’s aim is to expand further into a European market as well.
- Relevant qualifications
- At least 5 years work experience
- Extensive troubleshooting experience or software customer service.
- Need to be comfortable operating in both business and IT domains.
