This is a great role for a Support Specialist to gain BMC Certification and grow within an established solution-orientated company based in Cape Town
This Support Specialist role is based in Cape Town and is offering a package between R18k-R23k
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The core focus of this role is to provide technical, Level 2, telephone, email or remote support to their vast client base across southern Africa. Support consists of fault finding, upgrades and patches on existing service management solutions. You’ll need to work independently and exercise clear communication skills with clients. There will also be an element of travel where you will be required to travel to client sites in neighbouring countries (Namibia, Mozambique, etc) every few months.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
• 2nd level support experience
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience with Exchange Server
• Excellent communication skills
• Passport for international travel
