Exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Global Mining company and take full responsibility building out a new office, developing innovative recruitment plans, driving recruitment strategies and providing market intelligence to drive business outcomes.

*Industry experience is NB - Mining, engineering, manufacturing, agricultural etc.*

This Talent Acquisition Partner position is Johannesburg based and is paying R570k/annum CTC

THE COMPANY:
This Global Mining Giant is an innovative leader who is focused on mining for the future. This company operates across Asia, America, Australia and Africa. **Some travel will be required**

THE ROLE:
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for building a new office for a global mining company. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in order to understand recruitment priorities, develop and manage staffing plans, identify vacancies along with coaching and managing interview teams. You will develop recruitment plans & future talent pipelines, execute external recruitment and will act as the key contact for candidates. In this position you will also be required to research new recruitment methodologies and you will need to have a good understanding of the recruitment landscape in order to create innovative sourcing strategies.

EXPERIENCE:
• Relevant Tertiary degree – Business, Human resources
• 4 + years experience working in a staffing role – recruitment agency or inhouse corporate talent team
• 4+ years Application Tracking System experience
• Experience sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and formulating offers
• Human resources experience
• Industry experience is NB – mining, construction etc
• International Experience
• Demonstrated career progression in field of talent management
