Based in CAPE TOWN this BA/Product Manager role offers a salary of R550K – R600K/annum.

Based in CAPE TOWN and working with a Global Product Management & Development Team, this role is very Client-facing. You will be working closely with Stakeholders in large Retailers scoping their requirements for a Customer Communications Product, educating them on how a Personalised Consumer-Communications Product can enhance their Customer Retention agenda, and then act as the bridge between them and PM’s, Analysts & Developers who will build the Product to achieve the Retailers goals.
An understanding of Competitive Retail/FMCG Customer Communications Products will be a distinct advantage.

Retail / FMCG experience is a must.
A solid understanding of Retail Data Solutions.
Knowledge of Data requirements in Customer Data Management Solutions or Consumer Rewards schemes.
Direct Marketing / Customer Communications Products.
Previous experience as a Technical BA or Product Manager in Data / Tech.
